Most Inept Letter I have EVER received

I have today received what I can only describe as THE most inept letter EVER received in my entire lifetime.

Well, it MAY be that Aman Virk IS possessed of extreme prescience and can gaze into a crystal ball or (somehow? unerringly?) navigate the complex delta-streams of future probability and... no? ....

Well, if SO then it should be simplicity itself for the CIU to provide me with a copy of Aman Virk's (or any other) letter, written pre-March 2005, which deals with my First Head of Complaint clearly dated 25th June 2008? I look forward to reading this piece of future wisdom.

I guess it should be SIMPLE to provide me with copy correspondence (again pre-March 2005) which deals with my Second Head of Complaint ALSO clearly dated 25th June 2008?

Consider that in late 2008 the ALCD actually FINED their Lying Member (Nigel Long, FDC Law's employee) £5,000 for HIS part - here. There can be no doubt of Ben Whelan's guilt - are you going to IGNORE what a leading Law Lord termed "A most SERIOUS disciplinary Offence"? Are you going to cover up the lies and deceit of Ben Whelan in 2008 - his attempt to claim £1,000's FDC Law WASN'T entitled to? The evidence is absolute - even the ALCD couldn't ignore it - mind you, they bothered to READ the complaint!

Third Head - no problem, I assume? Go ON then. What? Can't? Can it BE that Aman Virk and the Law Society DIDN'T? Could Ms. Katie Jackson be WRONG? Surely not. Er... surely Ms. Virk is adept with the Tea Leaves AND the Crystal Ball?

Ok... the Fourth Head DOES mention a witness statement dated 9th Feb 2005 - but since I wasn't sent this until October 2008 how COULD I have raised this complaint in 2005? How COULD the Law Society have dealt with it? I await your evidence that they DID - which we ALL know you CANNOT supply. How is it that I can openly and publicly state that Ben Whelan signed a false declaration on a bill for costs (a LIE tantamount to criminal FRAUD) and get away with it? Why CAN'T the lying Whelan sue me for defamation?

What of the Fifth Head and the EVIDENCE that suggests that FDC Law MUST have LIED to the Law Society way back in 2004? Does the New Solicitors Regulation Authority which came into existence on 29th January 2007 CONDONE solicitors who LIE to their "Regulator"? Surely not?

You have not even bothered to address ANY of the questions raised at the bottom of my Sixth Head. Why?

Must I write to my MP, Bridget Prentice and some others, simply to get you to LOOK at complaints of SERIOUS misconduct in 2008?

Er, I'm assuming you simply CAN'T supply the copy letters? Of COURSE NOT.

Ms. Jackson cannot possibly have READ the NEW complaints.

Suggested Action

Please have someone READ the complaints. Someone who understands the simple TRUTH... that you CANNOT possibly have dealt with MISCONDUCT THAT OCCURRED IN 2008 - WAY BACK IN 2005.

For once PLEASE do NOT allow this GARBAGE to continue. Back in 2004 YOU told Parliament that folks needed "Persistent Genes" to reach your office. DID you also envisage that grown adults would be subjected to this type of thing in 2009? Even J. K Rowling's Professor Trelawny couldn't REALLY read the Crystal or the Tea Leaves. Shall I ask Stephen Fry to read the next letter from the SRA/CIU and the next letter from Rob Bartram, perhaps?

Please can we have some SENSE?

Richard Caplan denied I was a client of his firm to LCS / My complaint has been sent to Scottish Ombudsman

they hid behind paper hoping i would give up / no regulation what sover its a free for all. NO PUNTER PROTECTION

fraud, no costing etc / What do they door regulate

Law Society Regulation - Survey Results

Comments made about the OLSO by complainants...

Folks who are unhappy with the "Service" provided by the Law Society can complain to the Legal Services Ombudsman (LSO) - see here. In theory, at least, the Ombudsman can order the Law Society to re-open the complaint and/or pay order the Law Society to pay compensation for their "poor service".
