Comments made about the CCS by complainants...

In responding to our survey complainants made the following comments about the Consumer Complaints Service (CCS)

 

I was not happy with the way that the firm dealing with it handled it.

Useless - Even my MP couldn't get any results / Took AGES - No proper investigation

Embargo 2005 / dishonest Embargo 2005

wastes complainant time / they had already repeatedly rejected phone enquiries

COMPLAINT PERJURY CONTEMPT OF COURT /

4 solicitors from the firm are now under SRA prosecution
