We have received a letter from Hill Dickinson solicitors regarding the use of
Trade Mark 2443765 - the logo used on this customer's home webserver site => http://www.lcs-test.co.uk.
As detailed by the customer here http://www.lcs-test.co.uk/logouse.htm;
could you contact Mr Poultney and ask him to obfuscate the logo or put something
else up to keep the peace.. thanks.

This is my unofficial replica of the LCS's logo. It is similar but not identical.
There is no intent to exploit copyright material and this site seeks no commercial gain.
It is hard to see how anyone could object to the use of this image here. However, if the LCS wishes to complain, then please DO contact me (though I'd rather you devoted the time to investigating complaints against solicitors). I will be happy to replace it with a Jolly Roger or some other public domain graphic.
