Dear Amy Rheams,

Thank you for your letter (ocr) of 30th December which I received today.

Thank you also for the information sheet ISO37A (ocr).

I note that you cannot assign a caseworker for 4-6 weeks.  I suggest that I use this time to better consolidate the complaints and to annex the information and evidence you clearly need (according to leaflet ISO37A).  This should make things much simpler for the caseworker to follow and I propose to use the following URL http://www.lcs-test.co.uk/SRANav.htm

Please confirm that you will pass this URL to the caseworker and that he or she will be conversant with all of the contents when he or she finally contacts me.

You also mention that once the caseworker has considered the matter that they may send a copy of my letter to the solicitor concerned.  Would you please confirm that they will ALSO send a copy of the above URL which will contain better and more detailed complaint information for the firm to respond to.
