Letter from Alison Kelly (miss) "I understand that you have asked the Legal Services Ombudsman to look at how we dealt with your matter"
Er... not EXACTLY ... I have asked (am asking) the OLSO to look at how you DIDN'T deal with my "matter" and the unbelievable "excuese" your Office made for NOT doing so. This email clarifies.
